The Coffee Cellar Is Now Less Mobile
Back in late February our coffee trailer - Cafecito Orgánico - got stolen from the commissary where it was stored. It hasn't been found yet and we do not know if it will appear again. Concession trailers are easy to modify. For what we know it is now being converted into a taco trailer of some sort.
We are still in operation, however. Our plans to hit the streets with the coffee trailer have been hampered, but we expect to have a reincarnation of the original coffee trailer on the streets by the end of the year or early in 2009. You can still catch us at the Silverlake and Hollywood Farmers' Markets, nonetheless.
Our beautiful friends, on the other hand, are organizing a benefit event for us, to help us raise money to recover from the loss of the trailer. The event will take place:

The Coffee Cellar Goes Mobile
The Coffee Cellar has acquired and outfitted a mobile trailer for use at the farmers' markets we service. It has been built up to provide a full coffee service, including espresso drinks, cups of coffee brewed to order, teas, and wholebean coffee.
Our coffee trailer has been dubbed Cafecito Orgánico.

The Coffee Cellar (La Bodega de Café Orgánico)
The Coffee Cellar is an artisan coffee roaster that specializes in certified Organic, Shade Grown and Fair Trade coffee, among other sustainably-grown certifications. We carry particularly coffees from Latin America, though occassionally we bring in coffees from other countries.
Our roasting facility is located at 2124 W. 7th St., Los Angeles, across from the historic MacArthur Park, inside Mama's Hot Tamales Cafe.
Come See Us @ the Silverlake & Hollywood Farmers' Markets
On Saturdays you can find us at the Silverlake Farmers' Market from 8am - 1pm. Come by and check us out and enjoy freshly roasted and brewed coffee to enjoy while you are gathering fresh produce or to bring home with you.
On Sundays you can find us at the Hollywood Farmers' Market from 8 am - 1 pm. Currently we are only offering wholebean coffee, but hopefully in the near future we will be able to offer full coffee service.
